My Story
Hi, I’m Irina – a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner based in Lyttelton, New Zealand. I help people take personal responsibility for their health by giving their body the right conditions to restore energy, balance hormones, heal digestion and thrive.
As a Functional Nutritionist, I believe health isn’t about fighting symptoms – it’s about creating the conditions for your body to repair and thrive naturally. My approach draws from functional nutrition principles: real whole foods, reduced toxins, gut/liver/detox support and realistic lifestyle changes.
This path is personal. Years of chronic stress, burnout, sluggish thyroid, food sensitivities, and exhaustion led me to leave a toxic corporate job and rediscover nourishing, traditional foods. The transformation proved what’s possible when the body gets proper support. Today, I guide clients across New Zealand and overseas toward more energy, better digestion, hormonal balance, clearer skin, and true vitality – through personalised nutrition and clean, bio-compatible skincare.
